A Trio of Sandwiches using Orange, Pink and Purple Bread

Using the different coloured breads I made, we made some sweet little coloured sandwiches for the party: 

• Purple Coloured Bread using Purple Jester Potatoes and Purple Carrots, 
• Pink Coloured Bread using roast Beetroot and 
• Yellow/Orange Coloured Bread using Sweet-Potatoes, Turmeric and Paprika 

Thinly slice up each cooled loaf and then using a cookie-cutter, cut out some shapes in each slice of bread (you can use the left-over bread to make some rainbow-croutons!). 

Fill the sandwiches with your favourite fillings (Swiss cheese, ham, roast-capsicum spread, spinach leaves etc). You can also use the cookie-cutters to shape the filling (slices of cheese or ham).
